♕ terms of service

■ Payments are made via PayPal or Ko-Fi. (USD)■ Commercial work will be subject to a minimum of a 70% increase in price, scaled with usage, size, and scale of the client.■ Corporations CANNOT commission me for NON-COMMERCIAL work.■ No refunds once payment has been made.■ Payment upfront is required after draft approval.■ Requests are first come, first served by date of email/contact received. I reserve the right to decline requests.■ Turnaround time usually takes approximately 1-3 weeks AFTER confirmation of payment and acceptance of sketch/draft. (I like to be punctual which is why I only work on a single commission at a time and have a wait-list.)■ Non-commercial work will be for personal use only. You may NOT resell personal commissions.■ Credit must be given if you choose to use or upload the commissioned artwork on websites.■ Additional charges may be added for the following: Complex armor and weapons, heavily patterned outfits, and mechs. (I sometimes create 3D models to draw objects in perspective. Mechs basically guarantee the heavy usage of 3D, so they will always cost more.)■ Drafts are accounted for in the final cost, but if you're dissatisfied or need to cancel for whatever reason, please be prepared to pay 25% of the illustration cost. Failure to do so will result in blacklisting.■ Submitting a commission request indicates you agree to all of the terms above.

• Making art to train AI models.
• Art that will make others (especially talents) uncomfortable.

【DISCOUNTS】ⓘ Regular customers will have a discount that increases by 5% after each commission (maximum 10% off).ⓘ Discounts only apply to PERSONAL commissions.ⓘ IRyS, Nerissa Ravencroft, Ouro Kronii and Hakos Baelz commissions automatically have max discount of 10% regardless of whether or not you are a regular customer. (You still get the stacking discount per commission if you decide to commission a non-IRyS/Bae/Kronii/Rissa piece after.)

PROCESS

■ Send out the filled-in commission form via email, Discord or Twitter DM.
■ Confirmation of your commission slot to accept your order (You will be contacted.)
■ A very rough sketch will be given as an initial draft. (Expect blocks and blobs aside from the face and body)
■ Requester may ask for tweaks on the sketch until satisfied. Please note that 3D stuff like Gundam/Mechs will be blocks and rough shapes until I finish making it.
■ Invoice and payment (Must be done in full with PayPal. Price breakdowns will be given.)
■ After the sketch is finalized, rendering will be started, and the requester will be updated about the status of the commission as it progresses.
■ PNG and PSD/CLIP files of the finished product will be sent after completion.

Pricing Guide

ⓘ Variations/alt recolors cost an additional fee per exported image in addition to the drawing charges. (Starting at $2 per exported image but may be higher due to complexity.)ⓘ The pricing guide serves only as a guide and not hard rules. I'm willing to negotiate lower commercial pricing for smaller indie creators.No per item/sale royalties for commercial merchandise designs.

Full price breakdown will be given after initial draft confirmation.Variations like fluid toggles and simple expression changes are considered ornamentation and will incur charges depending on the difficulty. Bigger changes like head movement will cost more.NOTE: Items with the (+) are subject to price variations depending on the complexity. Final values for additional fees for items with the (+) will be depicted in a price breakdown in the email along with the invoice. I will generally try to keep the pricing in this range or lower, depending on what you ask for.For example, if you wish to add a Ragnarok Poring (a very simple character) as an additional character, I will just charge it as ornamentation instead of an additional character.Simple gradient backgrounds or solid colour backgrounds are FREE.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

I generally work in 4k resolutions at 300 dpi. Please let me know if you want to use a different resolution for your commission.I typically do NOT work on pieces simultaneously. It may take weeks before I get to work on the second or third requesters. Feel free to contact me directly if I did not decline them when I reopen commissions. If you're willing to be waitlisted/wait longer let me know.I do NOT consent to using my work as training data for AI image generation, paying for these art commissions does not mean paying for my consent to use my work as training data for AI models.I will NOT give you copies of the 3D models I create and use for illustrations. If you want 3D assets, I suggest looking for actual 3D artists.I may also sometimes post lower quality versions of the commissioned work on my socials.If you're looking for something I didn't post in the information here, feel free to contact me for inquiries.
