terms of service

■ Payments are made in PayPal (USD Currency)■ Requests are first come, first served by date of email received.■ I reserve the right to refuse a request. Commissions may be cancelled should there be issues that arise.■ Commercial work will be subject to a minimum of a 50% increase in price. (Commercial work means to use the artwork in stuff like merchandise for sale.)■ No binding deadline on commissioned work. Turnaround time usually takes approximately 1-3 weeks AFTER confirmation of payment and acceptance of sketch/draft. (I like to be punctual which is why I only accept very few commissions at a time. If you want to be waitlisted until next comm opening, please indicate this on the commission form and I'll give you your queue position.)■ No refunds.■ Non-commercial work will be for personal use only. You may NOT resell personal commissions.■ Credit must be given if you choose to use or upload the commissioned artwork on websites.■ Additional charges may be added for the following: Complex armor and weapons, heavily patterned outfits, and mechs. (I sometimes create 3D models to draw objects in perspective. Mechs basically guarantee the heavy usage of 3D, so they will always cost more.)■ The sketch phase is the only time you may request for changes freely. Asking to draw additional items after sketch approval or in the later stages of rendering/painting will cost you extra. (This restriction does NOT apply for commercial work.)■ I may propose alterations to the piece in the middle of the process if I feel like it could be improved. You will not be charged for this, and I will let you know ahead of time. Ultimately, the alterations are up for you to accept or decline.■ Submitting a commission request indicates you agree to all of the terms above.

THINGS I WILL ACCEPT

Character and OC fanart/design, complex poses, advanced perspective (fish-eye, etc), detailed backgrounds, and mechs. Mech art, complex set pieces, and original character design will incur additional charges and generally take longer.I am comfortable with attempting to mimic body and face proportions of popular franchises, and experimenting with different ways of colouring but results may vary and this generally takes longer.

THINGS I WON'T ACCEPT

Nijisanji.
Hateful imagery.
Excessive gore.
Making art to train AI models.
Art that will make others (especially talents) uncomfortable.I will generally be the judge of other things I will not accept, but if you want examples, I won't be accepting any requests for art depicting Holostars and Hololive talents in romantic relationships/scenarios.

PROCESS

■ Send out the filled-in commission form via email.
■ Confirmation of your commission slot to accept your order (You will be contacted.)
■ A very rough sketch will be given as an initial draft. (Expect blocks and blobs aside from the face and body)
■ Requester may ask for tweaks on the sketch until satisfied. Please note that 3D stuff like Gundam/Mechs will be blocks and rough shapes until I finish making it.
■ Invoice and payment (Must be done in full with PayPal. Price breakdowns will be given.)
■ After the sketch is finalized, rendering will be started, and the requester will be updated about the status of the commission as it progresses. (Feel free to ask for updates as well.)
■ PNG and PSD/CLIP files of the finished product will be sent after completion.

Pricing and Image Resolution Guide

Image Resolution Guide

I generally work in 4k resolutions at 300 dpi. Please let me know if you want to use a different resolution or aspect ratio, but I hard cap illustrations at 4096 px per dimension due to hardware restrictions.I would prefer to have the resolution specified, but if you leave it to me I'll choose one of the above most likely. These are landscape resolutions so just tell me if you want a vertical image. (Ex: 4:3 Vertical)

Price Guide

Full price breakdown will be given after initial draft confirmation.NOTE: Items with the (+) are subject to price variations depending on the complexity. Final values for additional fees for items with the (+) will be depicted in a price breakdown in the email along with the invoice. I will generally try to keep the pricing in this range or lower, depending on what you ask for.For example, if you wish to add a Ragnarok Poring (a very simple character) as an additional character, I will just charge it as ornamentation instead of an additional character.Simple gradient backgrounds or solid colour backgrounds are FREE.Character reference sheets and design incur an additional $30 at the start. An additional rotated view will cost as much as an additional character, depending on whether or not you want half or full body reference sheets.Lore writeups (.TXT form) are included in the original character reference/design.All of these charges will be fully broken down in a confirmation email, should you accept the draft.【DISCOUNTS】
Regular customers will have a discount that increases by 5% after each commission (up to 10% off).IRyS, Nerissa Ravencroft, and Hakos Baelz commissions automatically have max discount of 10% regardless of whether or not you are a regular customer. (You still get the stacking discount per commission if you decide to commission a non-IRyS/Bae/Rissa piece after.)

IMPORTANT NOTICES

I typically do NOT work on pieces simultaneously. It may take weeks before I get to work on the second or third requesters. Feel free to contact me directly if I did not decline them when I reopen commissions. If you're willing to be waitlisted/wait longer let me know.I do NOT consent to using my work as training data for AI image generation, paying for these art commissions does not mean paying for my consent to use my work as training data for AI models.I will NOT give you copies of the 3D models I create and use for illustrations. If you want 3D assets, I suggest looking for actual 3D artists. I only use basic, supplemental 3D. Most of it breaks outside of an illustration since I'm bad at rigging, texturework, and topology.I may also sometimes post lower quality versions of the commissioned work on my socials.If you're looking for something I didn't post in the information here, feel free to contact me for inquiries.
